Practice Overview:

• Online

  • Tuesdays every week, 9am Pacific Time: Tech Community Zen

  • Occasional half day Retreats on Saturdays (not every week)

• In person, in Seattle

  • Sundays, 5pm Pacific [starting July 26]: Magnolia Zen Group

Note: there is no cost to practice with us, although donations support us.
